About the job 👩🏼‍💻

In Finance, we are mainly in charge of those sets of administrative tasks that support business operations and provide economic insights for ensuring the best resource allocation for high performance and growth.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this is a crucial role for as it is essential for us to monitor and enhance our operational margins in our subsidiaries.

Your main tasks will include:

• Contribute to the margins’ calculation processes on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain data bases updated for the correct flow of information with the Business Intelligence software.
• Report and communicate the economic performance as well as defining and follow up action plans to improve the metrics.
• Assist to identify and analyze the monthly and YTD deviations.
• Seek identity between financial and cost accounting so we can deliver a reliable reporting.
• Prepare financial modelling for various “what if” scenarios and the overall impact to the business unit.
• Assist on projects to improve the scalability of the margin control processes.
• Assist members of other departments in answering project accounting and finance questions.

What we look for 🕵️‍♀️

The role is a perfect combination of finance and data analysis and that’s why Excel knowledge should be at a high level. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Qlik Sense, Macros and SQL will be much appreciated. We are working with Looker BI to keep track of all these metrics that will allow us to master the efficiency of our operations.

• Responsibility, ownership and initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.

About you

• You have a high level of English and Spanish.
• You have previous experience in similar roles.
• You have a BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar. Ideally, you also have a MA.
