Our mission is to support Paack’s goals by partnering with the Management Team to identify the competencies our organization needs to fulfill its OKRs.🎯

Amongst many others, our main functions are the following🧐

👉🏼Office Management: Office Operations and Processes, Facilities Maintenance Management, and Employee Events Coordination Support.

👉🏼Human Resources: on an organizational level, overseeing leadership and culture, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and handling Employee Relations. On an individual employee level, managing the entire Employees’ journey with Paack by accompanying them during the different stages of their life cycle at the company.
