Our mission is to support Paack’s goals by partnering with the Management Team to identify the competencies our organization needs to fulfil its OKRs.
We have two main functions:
- Office Management: Office Operations and Processes, Facilities Maintenance Management, Purchases Processes and Employee Events Coordination.
- Human Resources: on an organizational level, overseeing leadership and culture, ensuring compliance with labour laws and handling Employee Relations. On an individual employee level, managing the entire Employees’ journey with Paack by accompanying them during the different stages of their life cycle at the company.
