About the job 👩🏼‍💻

In Finance, we are mainly in charge of those sets of administrative tasks that support business operations and provide economic insights for ensuring the best resource allocation for high performance and growth.

Main responsibilities and requirements

• Building and maintaining suppliers’ data base and its commercial relationships terms and Conditions
• Contribute to the margins’ calculation processes on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Self-invoice our fleets partners and validate other third parties’ invoices
• Supplier’s accruals management and payables accounting ownership
• Ensure that communication with our fleets flows to keep accuracy in both ways
• To reception, validate payment orders for our suppliers’ invoices
• Collaborate in the suppliers’ contract and terms negotiation as well as in their onboarding process
• Keep the DPO metrics within the expected range
• Contribute to the margins’ calculation processes on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Assist to identify and analyze the monthly and YTD deviations
• Assist on projects to improve the scalability of the area
• Participate in preparation for the annual Audit
• Assist members of other departments in answering project accounting and finance questions
• Collaborate with the warehouses for the invoice validation

About you

We’re aiming to incorporate someone with a bachelor’s degree and 4+ year experience in similar roles within fast-growth companies with international presence.

The role is a perfect combination of finance and data analysis and that’s why Excel skills should be very high. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Qlik Sense, Macros and basic SQL will be much appreciated.

Communication, people management skills and experience with multicultural profiles and crosscultural management is also required.
