About the job 👩🏼💻
The Store Business Model at Paack manages all deliveries from our clients' stores (Ship from Store).
We have a wide spectrum of functions that begins with the acquisition of clients and ends with the resolution of incidents; including negotiation with fleets, allocation strategy based on margins and quality of service, operational support to clients and fleets, and real-time operations monitoring.
As an Operations Account Manager you would be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 50 clients within the Spanish and Portuguese market. Your role would be essential in making sure that our clients are satisfied with the service offered by Paack.
More in details, your responsibility will include:
- Monitoring the performance of our service and supporting customers in relation to volumes, operations and process improvements.
- Identifying operational needs, and establishing plans to meet expectations and increase customer satisfaction.
- Identifying new business opportunities within the assigned current customer portfolio.
- Establishing a good relationship with customers, planning regular follow-up meetings and reporting.
- Supporting the Store Sales team in the acquisition of new clients, giving them support with data and analytics.
- Coordinating with the traffic department the processes to be implemented, as well as ensure the application of all of them.
- Analysing the forecast and coordinating with the traffic team the correct dimensioning of the operational needs.
- Establishing and maintaining an agile reporting system to clients using the available internal data tools.
About you 👩💻👨💻
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in similar roles.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Advanced level of Portuguese.
- Amazing analytical mindset, able to solve problems after a deep understanding of contexts.
- Problem solver and able to react quickly to operational obstacles that may arise.
- Good communicator, capable of building strong business relationships with clients.
- You enjoy taking on new responsibilities and challenges to deliver solutions to complex problems.
