In the Customer Operations department, we are mainly focused on offering the best Customer Support from Monday to Sunday to our Retailers and their customers. Our main mission is to successfully create a connection with the customers, developing relationships that make a positive difference in our customers' lives.
We also provide the Voice of the Customer aiming at continuously improving the Retailer and Customer experience.
Our team members speak at least 2 languages of the markets where Paack delivers (Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese).
