About the internship👩🏼💻
To accelerate our growth engine, we’re looking for a Growth & Revenue Operations Intern who is eager to learn, gain hands-on exposure and support key Growth and RevOps initiatives.
You’ll be part of the Growth team and will learn how a high-impact company designs, operates and scales its growth engine.
What you'will learn
1. Lead Generation & Acquisition
- How a end-to-end B2B acquisition funnel works.
- How to craft messaging that converts and captures attention.
- How inbound & outbound prospecting is executed in practice.
- How to use tools for lead generation.
- How qualification works and what makes a lead sales-ready.
2. CRM, Automation & Efficiency
- CRM fundamentals: properties, objects, lifecycle stages and pipelines.
- Data hygiene: enrichment, validation and standardisation.
- How to build simple workflows, sequences and automations.
- How funnel conversion is tracked and reported.
- How to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
3. Analysis & Reporting
- How to read funnel performance and spot friction points.
- How to build simple dashboards and track key metrics.
- How to structure insights clearly to support decisions.
- How to understand why deals progress, stall or close.
4. Sales Enablement & Content Creation
- How to create presentations and commercial decks for Sales.
- How to build templates, playbooks and collateral for meetings.
- How to communicate value propositions clearly and visually.
- How structured content helps accelerate the sales cycle.
About you
- Product & growth mindset - Curiosity to understand how things work and interest in learning how to improve them.
- Data-driven decisions - Interest in learning how to analyze data and extract insights.
- Curiosity & fast learning - Comfortable learning quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude - Willingness to take initiative on assigned tasks, always with guidance and support.
- Interest in the ecosystem -Marketing, RevOps, ecommerce, SaaS, automation, AI tools, you don’t need experience, just appetite to learn.
Tools
- Basic command of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Slides, Canva).
- CRM or automation tools are a plus, not a requirement.
- Interest in AI-powered productivity tools.
