We are Paack, a last-mile logistics company founded in 2015. Since then, we have been experiencing strong growth in the Iberian market.

We were born with the idea of building an advanced tech-delivery platform to ensure more optimized, automated and robotized operating processes.

About the job 👩🏼‍💻

As Project Manager in the Operational Excellence team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and innovation across our logistics network. Reporting to the Ops Excellence Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team who designs and implements disruptive solutions in last-mile and DC (Distribution Center) operations. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting Operational Excellence projects across the logistics network, from design to implementation and follow-up. 
• Identifying operational gaps and opportunities to optimize efficiency, safety, and sustainability. 
• Translating business requirements into actionable project plans, clear deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborating with the Operations Teams to deploy best practices and ensure alignment with global standards. 
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials. 
• Collecting and analyzing operational data to evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities. 
• Liaising with the different key stakeholders in the company for leading specific projects (Operations, Product, Health & Safety, etc.), ensuring clear and concise communication at multiple levels regarding project status, risks, and progress.
• Promoting a culture of operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the organization.

About you 🕵️‍♀️

Apart from this, we highly value:

• Previous experience (around 2 years) as a Project Manager in the logistics sector, preferably in the last-mile or warehouse environmetns.
• Proven experience in Operational Excellence projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with uncertainty and limited data.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
• Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Hands-on attitude, proactive mindset, and readiness to take ownership and deliver results.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and passion for operational excellence.
