Your mission

As a member of the DEX (Delivery Experience) team you will be the point of contact with our customers and our drivers in order to provide the best delivery experience possible, aligned with Paack’s established Quality standard

You will monitor Ratings to understand any possible dissatisfaction, handle incidents and manage solutions to improve our final customer satisfaction. 

You will therefore have daily contacts with our Drivers, Customers and Customer Service Team. Your role is key to ensure optimal Last Mile operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Real Time Operations : Overview of Failed Deliveries for various cities. Review the Failed Attempts reason and liaise with both the end customer and the Driver to ensure correct delivery throughout the day.
  • Act as a point of contact with the Customer Service department for all tickets related to daily Last Mile.
  • Ratings : Manage dissatisfactions with both our end customer and our driver to ensure Outstanding Delivery experience 
  • Support our Drivers in applying Paack’s Quality Standard by proving the swiftest help

Who are we looking for?

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish, English and French and/or Portuguese
  • Prior experience in logistics, traffic management and / or Customer Service will be valued

  • Ability to prioritize and resolve incidents in the best possible way

What we offer?

  • Four-month contract with the possibility of extension
  • Afternoons (15h30 - 23h30) + weekends.
  • Salary: 18000€ annual gross
